With five production facilities in Italy near Milan and two in the United States—located in Louisville, Colorado, and Houston, Texas—RUPES maintains a strong global presence. Backed by a well-established sales network, RUPES stays close to its customers, delivering innovative products that anticipate and responds quickly to market needs. The brand has complete coverage of all the main international markets, bringing its systems all over the world thanks to a distribution network consisting of two direct branches and numerous authorized dealers.

RUPES MANUFACTURING
TOOLS, ACCESSORIES AND CONSUMABLES
RUPES is a global leader in manufacturing high-performance tools, accessories, and consumables, setting the standard for innovation and quality in the industry. We are one of the few companies that manufactures every component of our polishing systems entirely in-house, including polishers, polishing compounds, and
pads. This complete control over the production process ensures superior quality, seamless compatibility, and consistent performance across all our products.
Our manufacturing excellence extends beyond polishing systems to include advanced dust extraction systems and sanding solutions. These products are engineered with precision to meet the highest industry standards for efficiency, durability, and safety.
RUPES operates five specialized manufacturing facilities in Italy. Each facility is dedicated to a specific product category to optimize production quality and efficiency: one for electric tools, one for pneumatic tools and brushless motors, one for backing plates and electric motors, one for dust extraction systems, and one for polishing consumables. This specialized approach allows us to maintain strict quality control and drive continuous innovation across all product lines.
In the United States, we have two key manufacturing facilities. Our primary U.S. site houses tool production and serves as the American headquarters, managing operations and distribution throughout North America. Additionally, we operate a dedicated facility for producing polishing consumables, ensuring rapid and reliable supply to meet the needs of the North American market.
